2. Services

Laser House provides laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments using Candela GentleMax Pro Plus technology. All treatments are performed by qualified professionals under medical supervision.

3. Consultation & Assessment

Before commencing any treatment:

• A consultation is required to assess your suitability for treatment
• You must provide accurate information about your medical history
• You must disclose any medications you are currently taking
• A patch test may be performed prior to your first session

4. Appointment Policy

Booking

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our contact form. A confirmation will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.

5. Treatment Guidelines

Before Treatment

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 2-4 weeks before treatment
• Shave the treatment area 24-48 hours before your appointment
• Do not wax, tweeze, or epilate the treatment area
• Avoid using retinoids or other photosensitizing products
• Inform us of any changes in your health or medications

After Treatment

• Avoid sun exposure and use SPF 50+ sunscreen
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours
• Follow all post-treatment care instructions provided
• Contact us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions

6. Results & Expectations

Results vary between individuals depending on factors such as:

• Skin type and hair color
• Treatment area
• Hormonal factors
• Adherence to treatment protocol

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee complete hair removal. Most clients achieve 80-95% permanent hair reduction after completing the recommended protocol (typically 8-12 sessions).

7. Contraindications

Laser hair removal is not recommended for:

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Individuals with recent sun exposure or artificial tan
• Those taking photosensitive medications
• Individuals with active skin infections or conditions in the treatment area
• Those with a history of keloid scarring

8. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• Package prices are valid for the specified period
• Unused sessions in packages are non-refundable but may be transferred

9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatments, you acknowledge that:

• All medical and aesthetic procedures carry some risk
• Rare side effects may include temporary redness, swelling, or pigmentation changes
• You have been informed of potential risks during your consultation

Laser House shall not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information or failure to follow pre/post-treatment instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Laser House website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Laser House and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
